Konteks dan interpretasi

Proyek awalnya dimaksudkan untuk mengilustrasikan puisi prosa Eureka karya Edgar Allan Poe tahun 1848 tentang alam semesta material dan spiritual. Winters kemudian meninggalkan penafsiran harfiah untuk menjelajahi hubungan antara bentuk rekaan dan bentuk alami.
